UNA FESTA DI COMPLEANNO ARCOBALENO (i preparativi) - A RAINBOW BIRTHDAY PARTY

Come promesso nel nostro penultimo post, ho messo in pratica la personalizzazione delle feste di compleanno.

Come tema abbiamo scelto l'arcobaleno e attraverso il sito Etsy ho cercato la grafica che più ci piaceva. Ho scambiato qualche mail con il rivenditore americano per i dettagli da personalizzare nella grafica e tutti i file sono arrivati nel giro di due giorni.

Il pacchetto conteneva i seguenti file personalizzati:

• invito
• copri cupcake
• etichette/adesivi

conteneva inoltre:

• segna posto
• banner "Happy Birthday"
• bandierine per le cannuccie
• carta a strisce per vari usi
• cappellini

Quindi armata di carta (io ho usato cartoncino da 160 gr.), carta adesiva per stampante, forbici, cutter, pinzatrice e nastro biadesivo mi sono messa all'opera. Devo dire che è stato un lavoro un po' lungo ma che mi ha dato tanta soddisfazione.

Ecco alcune foto che testimoniano la buona riuscita del lavoro.

I festeggiati erano 2 e compivano 2 anni, per questo ho voluto aggiungere un dettaglio in più per far si che si distinguessero tra gli invitati: la maglietta. Ho cercato una frase divertente sui "TERRIBILI" 2 anni, ho creato la grafica, e poi l'ho fatta stampare professionalmente, la frase è "2 aren't Terrible I'm having a Blast"! As promised in our second-last post, I put into practice the personalized birthday party.

The theme we have chosen is the rainbow party and through the website Etsy I looked for the best package. I exchanged a few emails with the American retailer and all the files have arrived within two days.

The package contained the following customized files:

• Invitation
• Cupcake wrappers
• Party circles

also contained: 

•  Food labels
  
• "Happy Birthday" banner
•  Straw flags 
•  Party hat
• Striped paper

So armed with paper (I used cardstock 160 gr.), adhesive paper for printer, scissors, cutter, stapler and double-sided tape I started work. I must say it was a long job, but that gave me so much satisfaction.

We where celebrating 2 kids becoming 2 years old, so I wanted to add one more detail to ensure that they were recognized among the guests: a T-shirt. I looked for a funny sentence about the "TERRIBLE" 2, I created the graphics and then I did it professionally print, the sentence is "2 aren't Terrible I'm having a Blast!"
